Lastly, would be the debriefing segment, which is the most pivotal aspect of any team building exercise. Facilitators conclude the exercise and make the necessary reviews on performance. Many debriefing segments include open-ended questions, whereby each participant is given the opportunity to share what each has learned and hoped to emulate.

Open-ended questions do not have right or wrong conclusions. Each opinion given by a team member is important to determine the effectiveness level of each exercise conducted. From here, employers can gauge what the work force needs in order to be more productive in the work place.

Team members pool their talents to relay optimum performance towards completing a particular exercise. This is when they find out that diversity, trust, effective communication and cooperation can be their most valuable assets.
